The number of visitors at the Mother-daughter exhibition held some time ago exceeded my expectation, which gave me deep delight.  However, it took me so long to write about seventy thank-you notes.  This year has been one of the most important ones for my life.

Long time ago, my late mother told me it was raining quite heavily when I was born.  Although I am not sure if that is the reason, I am a so-called rain woman and above all, I like rain.  Disastrous rains should be purged, for sure.

〜Kangaroo paws　何とはなしに惹かれます〜

I wrote about this outlandish kind of plants before.  I found it at a flower shop again, and I bought it again.  Somehow, it attracts my attention.  I learned one of its flower languages is “vivacity”, which I wrote this time.

〜Seasonal wording  橘始黄〜

This is the phrase for around five days starting today.  It roughly means citrus tachibanafruits begin to turn yellow.  I wrote about yuzu fruits my kind neighbors gave me the other day.  In short, it is the time of year when citrus fruits generally turn variety of yellowish colors.
