〜Written oracle　これから良くなるらしい〜

When I paid a formal visit to a neighborhood shrine a couple of days ago, I drew my fortune and found the written oracle was “Good luck” and that my fortune would improve.  Because rumor has it that the oracles here seldom say “Good luck” or “Excellent luck”, I was delighted and wrote the oracle in the form of a Chinese poem.

近所のお宮さんで御神籤を引きました。ここでは「吉」や「大吉」はなかなか出ないという評判があるのですが、「吉」でした。運勢はこれから上向くとのことで嬉しかったので、漢詩の形のご神託を書きました。

〜Autumn night walk　立冬は過ぎていますが〜

Although, according to the lunar calendar, it has already been winter for a few days, this old Chinese poem is about walking on a fall night.  It obviously describes “taking a quiet walk thinking of you on a night of fall season”.

Sometimes I meet a couple when I sweep in front of my house early in the morning.  Yesterday morning I met only the husband, who kindly gave me mandarin oranges from their garden.

〜New kind of flower, again　ぷっくりと可愛らしい〜

When I found an unfamiliar kind of flower at a florist again, the Bouvardia, I immediately bought a branch.  The flower petals are full and cute.  I looked for its flower languages and found they are “deep friendship” and others.  Because I am preparing to fly to my important friend I met six years ago, wishing to be closer, it is the best term.

お花屋さんでまたよく知らないお花（ブバリア）を見つけたので、一枝買いました。ふっくらした花びらが可愛らしいです。花言葉を調べると「親交」などが出てきます。今、6年前に知り合った友人に海を超えて会いに行き、更に親交を深めたいと思っているところですので、ぴったりの言葉です。

〜Solar terms　楓蔦黄〜

This phrase, the seasonal phrase for around five days from today, means “maple leaves and ivy leaves begin to turn to autumn colors”.  So, I thought of taking pretty photos to accompany my calligraphy.  However, as we have been having warm days for November, especially in the daytime, I can’t find suitable places to take such photos around my house.
