They say they upcycled the scraps of bread, which is one kind of French bread called “batard”, that were to be discarded, into beer.

I only enjoyed this fantastic gift from someone.

The haiku I happened to find is a haiku of late spring, though.

I have learned that pebbles are laid on the approaches and grounds of shrines because the noise they make when worshippers walk purifies the scene.  However, I think, as this haiku suggests, the noise makes people feel even hotter.

Crunching sound of the pebbles/
