
This post is about my friend’s garden once again and how it produces an abundance of crops. It is believed that Japanese mioga ginger is generally harvested in high summer. According to my friend, however, this year the vegetable-picking season had been a little delayed, and as the photo shows there was such a rich harvest this time of year. As a mioga ginger lover, I wondered the instant I saw this photo how much they would charge if the vegetable were sold at a supermarket.
