The other day I found a haiku on swallows in summer while I was netsurfing. I liked it very much and I wrote this haiku on a thin strip of paper and posted it. And I found a pleasant-sounding phrase about the bird on the net again. “Summer season swallows are flying on a course of progress.”

These photos are from one of my very good friends. She says she enjoys looking at these pink hydrangeas in her garden. Since most of the hydrangeas in my neighborhood are in blue or bluish-violet color, these deep pink colored hydrangeas look both beautiful and new to me.
