I often receive gifts at this time of year, and for some reason, they are often bottles of saké. I wrote a line from a well-known poem.  It seems to be about how nice it is when a friend comes from afar, but in my case, it is not friends who often come but sake sent by them.

この時期にはよく贈り物を頂戴しますが、どういうものかお酒をもらうことが多いです。よく知られた詩の一節を書きました。遠方から友が来て楽しいという内容のようですが、私の場合は、よく来るのは友人でなくて、その人たちからのお酒です。
