〜Winter solstice 　自分の俳句〜

Today falls on the Winter Solstice.  They say there are many customs for this day, from the food we have to how we enjoy our baths.  I composed a haiku about this day.  I am afraid only the number of syllables is correct, though.

〜Rice cooked with yam buds　田舎料理だけれど〜

This is only a traditional country-style cooking, however, I am fond of it and, from time to time, I asked my mother to cook rice this way.
