Because I have always been in frail health in my life, and especially as a child, I had a weak constitution.  So, I used to take medicines using thin pieces of oblate every day.  Now, I have no idea what kind of medicine that was.

My calligraphy here is a Chinese word for oblate and a haiku on oblate.
