〜Made in Japan　君子の振る舞い〜

I happened to find out this aphorism, “A cultured, enlightened person would not go near danger immoderately and keeps away from it” is Japan-made, not Chinese one.  I think that in my case, I must be careful not to approach wicked persons, rather than dangerous situations or places.

「君子危に近寄らず」は日本でできた格言だそうです、中国でなくて。私の場合は、危ない状況でなくて、危なそうな人に近寄らないようにしなくてはと思います。

〜Wise saying 春遠からじ〜

When I asked for a favorite letter or word, someone instantly answered this phrase.  Because “winter certainly turns into spring”, we should be patient for some more time and then try hard, even if we are having much difficulty at the moment.

〜Calligraphy copying 　学ぶこと〜

I found and chose this one for copying practice from a collection book of my teacher’s works.  “There is no boundary to stop in learning.”  Yes, I do understand that, I think.

臨書のために、先生の作品集を見ていてこれを選びました。「学びには止まるべき境界線はない」と。それは理解しているつもりですけれど。
