〜Drawing apart from duality attitude とても東洋的〜

I learned that this is a Zen saying that encourages us to let go of the mindset of dividing things into two categories, such as good and evil, likes and dislikes, or winning and losing; and eventually reach a state of mind that sees things as they are.  I am glad to know that it doesn’t mean we forget everything.

善悪・好き嫌い・勝ち負けといった、物事を二つに分けて、どちらか一方に囚われるような考え方から離れる、という禅語だそうです。全部忘れるという意味でなくて良かったと思います。
