It has become warm and the spring breeze feels so pleasant.  The phrase means “spring breeze fills the earth”.

〜Spring has just begun.　早く深まればいいな〜

It is literally “shallow spring” or springtime has just started, which means there maybe some cold days ahead, as well.  

I hope the season will peacefully deepen at the earliest possible time.

『浅い春』始まったばかりなので、浅いと言うようです。だから寒い日もまだあるかも知れないということ。
