“Flying rain”

I have learned that it refers to rain that falls diagonally, as if blown by the wind; or rain that falls in a scattered, spattering manner.  For me, it doesn’t really matter, however, what kind of rain it is.  I only hope things around us, including the air, will be cooled even a little.

風にあおられて斜めに飛ぶように降る雨、または飛び散るように降る雨という意味だそうですが、別にどういう雨でも構いません。少しでも涼しくなれば。
