I can’t remember how I came across this while searching on the net, but I thought it was an interesting haiku, so I chose it as a motif for my calligraphy.  I found it intriguing that the Archaeopteryx was mentioned, and I also found it very interesting that, even though it was a bird, the description said it ran instead of flying.  I wonder what kind of bird it was.

どう検索してこれに当たったのか思い出せないのですが、面白い俳句だなと思って書きました。始祖鳥が出てくるのも面白いですし、鳥なのに飛ばないで走るという記述も面白いと思いました。どういう鳥だったのかしら。
