This haiku seems to express the idea that a grave simply stands where it is, without any pretense or adornment.  In other words, when the sun shines, it simply basks in its warmth.  In other words, it seems to stand in contrast to humans, who are always eager to do something.  In other words, it works as a contrast with people who are always eager to do something.

お墓はただそこにあるだけで、何も取り繕ったり、飾ったりもしない。陽が当たれば、ただそれを受けているといった俳句のようです。つまり常に何かをしたがる人間との対比のようです。
