These days, we can enjoy eating any kind of vegetable in any season, however, I am sure tomatoes are the delegate of summer vegetables.  I love tomatoes.  I love their taste, color and forms.  I am always tempted to buy some when I see them at supermarkets, regardless of their sizes.
