〜Which would you like to try? 2種類ずつ〜

For those who would like to try calligraphy with me, I have prepared two kinds of models for each letter, that is, one kind is close to print type and the other is for those who want to try freer expressions.

If you have a favorite character or phrase that you would like me to write, please let me know by sending it (them) to my address,　chio_art@yushokai.com.

私と一緒にお稽古したいと言ってくださる方のために手本を書いていますが、活字に近いタイプの見本と自由さを求めたいと思う方のために例になるような字の2種類ずつを用意しています。

さて、私の書で見てみたいと思われるお好きな字や、言葉などがありましたら、chio_art@yushokai.com宛にお教えください。

〜My version of examples 教えること〜

My present calligraphy teacher often says to us during her class something like “when you teach calligraphy…”.  However, I don’t feel much interest in teaching.  Having said that, because I define my ultimate goal as “to spread this art and culture called calligraphy to the whole world”, I think I need to be prepared for the day when someone comes to me asking to teach them calligraphy.  So, the photo shows my examples for beginners to practice.

今の先生はお稽古の途中でよく「皆さんが教えるときにはね・・・」とお話ししてくださいますが、私は教えることにあまり興味がありません。けれども、「書という芸術であり文化であるものを世界中に広める」が私の最終目標だとする限りは、いつか誰かが教えてほしいと言ってくださったときのために準備はしておかなければと思うのです。そこで、初心者のお稽古のための例として書いてみました。
