I searched and wrote an uplifting phrase as I did the other day.  Here is the same kind that will make you feel happy, which is fine, but I have never seen either of these Chinese characters.  I even feel like asking them where they have been hiding all this time.

以前にも気分の上がる言葉を探して書きましたが、これも同じように、気持ちが上向く言葉です。人々が和らいで喜んでいるという意味のようです。それはいいのですが、こんな漢字はこれまで見たことがありません。どこに隠れていたのと聞きたくなります。
