The term means that a clear stream flows on and on into the distance.  In other words, it seems to depict completely clear streams in autumn flowing leisurely on and on, but I can’t quite name a specific place like that.  Still, I imagine that if I were in such a place, it would feel really refreshing.

The last character, “秋” (autumn), is written with the left and right parts reversed from the standard form.

清らかな流れが、はるか遠くまで続いている。つまり、澄みきった秋の清流が、悠然とどこまでも流れてゆく情景を描いているようですが、私は、具体的にこういう場所を名指しことはできません。ただ、もしこういう場にいれば、とても清々しいだろうなと思うのです。

最後の字である「秋」は、一般的に使われる形とは左右が逆になっています。
