A poem on Midwinter from ancient China and yuzu citrons we are going to use for yuzu-yu bath or hot citron bath, our traditional Midwinter custom from Edo period to enjoy taking baths with citrons in the hot water to warm up your body really well and at the same time, to enjoy the sweet and sour smell from the citrus fruits floating in the water.
